My experience with The Lang Group was amazing. From the onset of first meeting with Sharon & DeWitt, they explained everything they were going to do to market my house. They took detailed notes of all the renovations done to my property over the years so new buyers would be aware of the value they were getting. They had area market data with comps with them to help me decide what price to list the house for. The interior and exterior pictures, walk-through video and drone video were professional and showed the property well. They listed my home on the MLS the day before they were taking all the pictures and videos as “Coming Soon.”  They uploaded the photos that night and by the time I woke up in the morning I had a message from them that I had 9 showing appointment requests.
