They were knowledgeable on all aspects of the home buying process and had answers for all of our (many) questions. They knew what to look for in homes to ensure that we weren’t getting in over our heads and were quick to let us know if something was wrong with the houses we were looking at (foundation issues, termite issues, etc.) This knowledge was not something a person inherently has but comes with years of experience and insight into the entire housing process. Needless to say, when it comes time to sell this first house and make another change, I will be going with Sharon and Dewitt.
