My experience with The Lang Group was amazing. From the onset of first meeting with Sharon & DeWitt, they explained everything they were going to do to market my house. They took detailed notes of all the renovations done to my property over the years so new buyers would be aware of the value they were getting. They had area market data with comps with them to help me decide what price to list the house for. The interior and exterior pictures, walk-through video and drone video were professional and showed the property well. They listed my home on the MLS the day before they were taking all the pictures and videos as “Coming Soon.”  They uploaded the photos that night and by the time I woke up in the morning I had a message from them that I had 9 showing appointment requests. The next day I had 24 showings and by the end of the 2nd day there was a bidding battle going on. They kept me up to date and informed with all the offers that were being received on a spreadsheet and advised me on the offers. I have sold several houses in the past and have never had this type of professionalism & representation in any of the homes I have sold or purchased.
