Sharon and Dewitt were the best I could have ever hoped for as a first time home buyer. They were knowledgeable on all aspects of the home buying process and had answers for all of our (many) questions. They knew what to look for in homes to ensure that we weren’t getting in over our heads and were quick to let us know if something was wrong with the houses we were looking at (foundation issues, termite issues, etc.) This knowledge was not something a person inherently has but comes with years of experience and insight into the entire housing process. Needless to say, when it comes time to sell this first house and make another change, I will be going with Sharon and Dewitt.

My experience with The Lang Group was amazing. From the onset of first meeting with Sharon & DeWitt, they explained everything they were going to do to market my house. They took detailed notes of all the renovations done to my property over the years so new buyers would be aware of the value they were getting. They had area market data with comps with them to help me decide what price to list the house for. The interior and exterior pictures, walk-through video and drone video were professional and showed the property well. They listed my home on the MLS the day before they were taking all the pictures and videos as “Coming Soon.”  They uploaded the photos that night and by the time I woke up in the morning I had a message from them that I had 9 showing appointment requests. The next day I had 24 showings and by the end of the 2nd day there was a bidding battle going on.
