“Selling a home can be one of the most stressful events in one's life, no matter when it occurs. It really helps to have capable and reliable representation--partners, really. We certainly had that with DeWitt and Sharon, The Lang Group. Ours was a challenge. How to sell a home in a slow market? But we had an advantage: an assumable VA loan.
